IS HOME NEAR BUS STOP?

The bus stop is nearby located at the round-a-bout on Hwy 9 as you enter into the Silver Shekel neighborhood.

IS THERE A TRANSFER FEE?

No!  The neighborhood of Silver Shekel is tucked into an area in Breckenridge where there is not a 1% transfer tax.

IS THERE PRIVACY?

Yes!  This amazing home is near neighbors on either side yet is privately tucked in the pines.  Because of it’s location on Shekel Ln, it is in a peaceful, quiet setting.

DOES THE HOME COME FURNISHED?

Yes!  All furniture and accessories are included with the purchase.  Any items belonging to the property management company or current owner are not included.

IS THERE AN HOA?

Yes, the home does have a home owner’s association that is only $30/year to be a part of.  This expense covers snow removal on Shekel Ln.
